Delivery and Returns

Eligibility to Purchase:

In order to place orders with us, you must meet our conditions of eligibility:

  • Be aged 18 years of age or over.
  • Be in possession of a valid credit/debit card issued by a licensed bank acceptable to Hilarie for payment.
  • Your name.
  • Email address.
  • Physical address – either residential or commercial.


Delivery Times:

Most orders are shipped within 7 days of purchase. Please note that we do not ship goods on Saturdays, Sundays or Hong Kong public holidays.


Local letters & packets (non-bulk) and parcels are usually delivered to our clients the day after we send them to the post office. The availability of individual items will affect delivery times as do the local post offices’ opening hours.



Parcels/packages ordered on Saturdays and Sundays may not be processed until the following Monday at the earliest due to Hilarie’s and the post office’s hours of operation.


Typhoon / Rainstorm Arrangements:

Deliveries within Hong Kong would be delayed during typhoons and rainstorms. This is because post offices are closed when typhoon signal number 8 or above is raised or when rainstorm black warning is issued before the commencement of normal office hours.


Refund/Replacements Procedure

  • Refunds and replacement products must be returned to us within 7 days of purchase.


  • The returned item will be inspected for damage, missing parts, not in the original condition, or obvious signs of use for reasons not due to a Hilarie error.


  • After the inspection, if the product is eligible for a refund, the funds will be deposited back to your PayPal account, and you will receive a confirmation of the refund via e-mail.


  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.


  • Shipping and handling charges for returning items are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to returning the item.


  • Hilarie will reimburse you the shipping costs if we can see that the item is either effective or damaged and was not your fault.


  • Please use a traceable shipping method (UPS, FedEx, DHL etc.) for all returned items and contact us with the applicable references.


  • After the inspection if the product is eligible for a refund, the funds will be deposited back to your PayPal account, and you will receive an e-mail confirmation.


  • Alternatively, if it is eligible for a replacement, we will post it to you as soon as possible. Moreover, we will reimburse you the shipping costs and send you an email confirmation.


  • If, we decide that there is no defect that was our fault, we will mail back to you and reserve the right to re-charge you for the new delivery costs.
